Just a little question...
This may be an awkward question, but, does anything at Pharos drop Phoenix Downs? Cause I'm having a lot of fun with the Nicholopoa (I can't spell the damn accessory.).
I'm not sure anyone drop Phoenix Downs. What's usually dropped is Bazaar Items such as Bones, Shards, etc...not stuff like potions and Phoenix Downs. You would usually get those at a store or steal them from enemies.

If anything, you can just simply teleport to a city and stock up on some phoenix downs. Not sure if the monsters at the Pharos drops them either...maybe yes, since usually the monsters drop items that would benefit you in battles. Usually. But again, your best choice would be stocking up in the city.
