Ah, this belongs in the Help Booth.
And no, there's no shop in Balamb Garden. You'll just have to go to the nearest town/city and do your shopping there.

There is actually a shop in Balamb Garden, you need to go to the Training Center. In the eastern section, a man in green will sometimes appear, he will sell you supplies. You can also challenge him to a game of cards if you've met certain requirements but thats for another time....

Doesn't he only appear after the garden starts moving or is he always there? As I've never noticed him before then....but tbh i never really spent much time in there anyway
Just go to the nearest tow, often it's much easier than trekking half way round the garden for some guy that doesnt always turn up anyways
And yeah, I think Tonberry is call shop & doomtrain is Junkshop - Im so lazy that's like the best way of shopping EVER
