Help!!!

I'm so sorry if this has come up before but i'm totally new to this whole thread thing

... u all seem to know what you're talking about when it comes to FFX so if anyone cn help that wud be amazing!
I was doing really well and then i got to Seymour on Mt. Gagazet and he's impossible. I've tried beating him several times and each time he destroys my whole party in the first move... I've tried using my aeons ODs but that doesn't seem to work either! If anyone has any ideas or tips i wud be really grateful!

I think you will just have to train and train, thats what i did anyway

i got all my summons overdrives. they did 9999 damage each except for buhumut who did like 10000 or something... the other two just attacked and healed. seymore got 2 turns, it was quite halarious.

oh yeah, haste is a must...

i didnt even bother using aeons and i had like 2500 hp (underlved really)
Just attack with your 3 main characters and use reflect when he casts flare or something and shell for his other moves

Level up like crazy. Make sure Lulu has her 3rd elemental spells and just level up until you just go crazy and then go fight him.

Use Bio on him and make sure to have all your Aeons in overdrive.

Haha, yeah, he is practically impossible especially if you consider yourself underlevelled. That whole 'Atrophy' thing stunk big time, and he eliminates your aeons before they can become a factor.

I tell you, you need a lot, and I mean a LOT, of remedies to counteract the status effects he throws at you.

Do you have a lot of elixirs or mega-potions? If not, I suggest getting a ton of those, or at least hi-potions to stem the tide.

Oh yeah, cast protect as much as you can. Casting haste all over the place can surely help too. The faster you can hit him, the easier the battle will be.
