Game
Is there anyone here who can remember what game I am talking about? It is an quite old Final Fantasy. It is possible (but maybe not made for, to play on PC). I remember there was a place where you had to place poles to find your way back in the snow(?). I have seen this used and want it for my PC. I got some of the newest games to my PS2, but the old ones looks fun too. I would guess it is III, IV, V or VI (might also be as new as VII).

That sounds very much like VII. During the game you had to find your way through the snow. There was a harsh snowstorm going and you could lay poles down to track your path as it was easy to loose yourself. VII was also on the PC, so this could be the FF you're talking about.

I believe it was FFVII. When you are on the mountain you are in a snowfield thick with falling snow and you have to place in the poles in the ground so you know what direction you headed from.
