Am I too slow?
I am currently at the part where you just get the Treaty Blade after talking to the Occuria... I just went back to Balfonheim and I have 88h 19m on the game. Levels are as follows:
Vaan: 59
Balthier: 28
Fran: 59
Basch: 11
Ashe: 16
Penelo: 58
I have done 17 hunts and found a bunch of rare game...
Am I training too much and going too slow?

yes you are too slow. At 88 hours I was already at the Pharos finishing up the last of my hunts and my main three characters were around level 70 with my supporting three characters around level 48.
What have you been doing this whole time?

I don't know... Mostly LP farming... And the reason you were stronger than me is because I don't get enough exp from the monsters at my level...

Lol, there's really no such thing as "too slow" when it comes to the game's time and leveling up. My advice is to just train in different areas and find enemies that has much more exp than the others.
This might get moved to the Help Booth by the other mods, I think.

wel i have taken like 55 hours to complete the Pharos Kiling doctor Cid and famfrit, and watched the Cutscene in which Reddas Dies(shame realy because i liked reddas) and now im just going around Ivalice colecting Espers and stuf. im curently finding all of the Loot so i can get the Ultima blade (greatsword) for my basch

No one is too slow! It depends on what you are doing. Such as getting your characters to their strongest possible position at the current part of the game. Dont rush just take your time that way you will get more out of it. I was at Pharos in just 30 hours so everyone is differant

Thanks... I'm much further now... And I'm only 25hrs more... I have 119 now. But I have the license board for everyone and almost all of the hunts + side quests + Espers.

There's no harm in covering as much ground in a game as you can before actually finishing. There's a number of situations where you'll pat yourself on the back in, because that extra bit of training saved you. The Hunts in particular; some are ridiculous.
Pile in all you can. You're never too strong.

Well when you're level 53 at the Phon Coast... I do think that's kinda ridiculous. I could kill the monsters in 1 hit, it was a major overkill as well. I think that having 69hrs at Phon Coast is also ridiculous.
