How many attempts has it taken you guys to beat B.S, at the moment im attempting to breed a gold chocobo to get myself the K.O.R materia to beat him with my mega all.
My levels are maxxed due to my idiot cousin using gameshark codes with my memory card, but i still cant manage to beat B.sephiroth with this list of weapons and materia:
Cloud:
Weapon: ultima weapon
Armor: gold armlet
Acessory: reflect ring
The only trouble with this is that no magic can breach the rings reflect so i have to rely on the w-item duplicating trick to keep my x-potion supply up, I have got Big guard enemy skill, which i cant use otherwise I boost B.S' defence against my magic.
Cid:
Weapon:Venus gospel
Armor:Aegis armlet
Acessory:N/A
I have all my summons on this guy except from Neo-Bahamut (cloud has this equipped).I have him in a permanent state of fury so I can make use of his Level four limit break, the almighty HIGHWIND which can cause damage to all of B.S body parts, except from it can never manage to take out the first head.
Cait Sith/Red XIII:
Weapon: It varies depending on what mood im in it might be their basic equip if i want a challenge or it might be their ultimate weapons, as i said it varies.
Armor:Both have gold armlets
Acessory:NONE

My stratergy for trying to beat B.S is to start the battle with the casting of big guard on my party, well only Cid and RED XIII/Cait Sith because of the automatic reflect caused by Clouds ring,this seriously helps later in the fight with only Cloud and B.S. Well anyways getting back to my party the fight started with Big Guard cast on Cid and Cait Sith/Red XIII, I then proceed to use Neo-Bahamut and make use of my long range materia equipped to all three of my characters, after i take down a body part I check on my others i.e. vincent,tifa and yuffie and barret,Cait Sith/Red XIII, who I make sure all have a case of beserk going on, so i switch back to my main team and just pummel B.S with spells and Long range attacks.
After this my team gets slowly but surely wiped out until im left with only cloud facing off against B.S alone, which means im screwed because I used the other two when they dropped below 200 due to the poison stigma attack to increase my x-potion supply.
But no matter what I always end the evening with the stench of defeat strong in the air.

What can I do other than get the K.O.R materia because I just want to beat B.S so bad.

with your levels maxed out all the sephiroths should be no problem at all. For a fair fight with sephy you should be hell of a lot of levels lower. I think your gameshark has messed with it somehow.

So do i because my pc wont recognise the game files anymore, so bassically my cousin owes me a new FF7 do you agree?

First of all your using Gold Armlets. Logic states that you use better Armor if your attempting final bosses. You shouldn't need to get KoTR to beat Sephiroth at all, especially if you are maxed out.

If your really annoyied about the Gameshark thing, just restart the game

Um yeah about the restarting thing the gameshark has scrambled my disc so i cant.
