That Giant Snake Thing!
I just passed the part on the second disk where you fight Beatrix in the castle [and inevitably lose], and can't get past the enemy on the Gargan Roo. Are there any stratgies other than "Don't hit him while he's curled up"? No mattr what I try, I can't get past him! [Also, just out of curiosity, what's its HP?]

Never really had a problem with it myself. Make Vivi charge up a lot with Focus, then when it curls up use your magic on it. It shouldn't attack, and you should do quite a lot of damage. Make sure you have a lot of antidotes too, because it poisons you.

My best advice to you is to go into the battle with FULL HP/MP. If you have to go back a few files on your memory card so that you have a few tents on you, do it. That's what I had to do..
