Aeris' House

I can't figure out how to get to Aeris' house in FFVII. I assume it's just past the place those 2 kids are blocking, but how do you get them out of the way?

You have to head up not left on that screen, if you press select an arrow should show the way at the top of the screen. There are afew shops on the next screen, a man in a tube, some poor translation and Aeris house to the right, on the next screen
