Well, I'm pretty sure it is. But what you're asking for is illegal anyway, meaning that we would be endorsing the illegal activities if we did give you information. But I think your best bet would be to leave your PSP as is, especially if you do not know what you're doing, or are very prone to misreading directions. The slightest mistake, and your PSP will stop working completely.
Also, don't think that taking your PSP back with a valid warranty will get you a new one after you've bricked it. The warranty becomes void once you've hacked it, working or not.
So it's something to think carefully about. I wouldn't hack my PSP unless I had someone do it for me that knew what they were doing.
