1000 Sparring mission coming up........
Man, I'll tell ya I have never done so much rolling and healing as I did on the 200 person sparring mission I just finished. They kept using that lame stop shot, and almost killed me 3x in a row. Thankfully phoenix was casted and saved me. So this may sound stupid but, is this the best mission to lvl up on? Judging by the sound of it I guessed yes.

Well what you want to do to prepare for the fight is to get a ribbon, you need as much status defense as possible. (Safety bit I'm not too sure about, can't remember.) Also make sure you have a HP++ materia leveled, and of course curaga. I think that twist attack materia can be useful as well.
I'm not sure about the level... Depends how good you are at dodging and defending you can probably beat this mission at around level 40+, maybe 30+.

You gotta roll A LOT, as long as you have status immunity, including death, i believe... and either get a high attack or simply get some attack-enhancer, aKa twister/punch/blade, etc... best is Costly Punch, but it isn't useful there. Oh, and you should equip Quake to kill off all 9 in one cast, make sure you have good magic. (I suggest quake because flare takes more time to cast, and without endure it might be a problem,
Oh, and regarding the initial question... NO
At least I think so...
I mean, take these in to consideration:
1. It is rated EASY, which is virtually no exp, isn't it?
2. Would you like to spend 1 hour per time? I don't think so... XD
3. etc... etc...
Try the "more fun in the sun">"Is this really a vacation?" or something, I'm referring to the one with the worms, and the strategy is tha same, using quake...
Rene Skylar:"Well Julius knows about the weed, Faith knows about the drinking, Zeria knows about them both and Shannon knows about the drinking lol" Just DON'T READ! Please...

I actually beat it earlier today before leaving for my high school graduation. I did a ton of rolling through that mission. The only status defense I have against is poison, and silence. It wasnt really tough, it was juss time consuming. It took me around 45-50 minutes. I'm a caster so i used thundaga and rolled. It pops off 9.7k-9999 every time. I used a ton of ethers throughout this mission. I really need to find where to get a ribbon, because there are missions I can't complete because there's monsters that use the death spell on me. Have any idea where I can find a ribbon?
thanks alot

a ribbon wont help you need either a super ribbon or safety bit
super ribbon in a chest in Mission (9-6-2)
Safety Bit 5000 gil in Nibel Accessories Mission 10-1-3 or steal from G renegade
The reason it is rated easy is because of your lvl. I happen to be a LVL.91 (yes, i am addicted to games. also having deafeting it for the 5th time today) on mey game it is rated very easy.
