Giant Monster!
Name – Nitrocarbon Antimatter Self-sufficient Hypermembrane (Or Nassh)
Title – Eater Of Worlds
Alignment – Good, or neutral by its own standards.
Race – Unspecified. His origin is often debated by scientists. The two most common conclusions are that he's a weapon built by a race who died out, or that he was created around the same time as the big bang.
Gender – Nassh has existed long before a multigendered race came into existence, or so it proclaims.
Age – From 8 billion to 14 billion years old, speculatively.
Appearance – A large being who exists in the vacuum of space of matter more condense than possible via stars. It is a dark blue, but the blue stands out because of the darkness of space's void. It has eight tentacles and spectacularly resembles a beakless octopus. It also has no suction cups. It is pock-marked with white ellipses. It has two bubbles in place of eyes, which work the same but keep its organs safe from vacuum. These bubbles are transparent, light blue. Its mantle is about the size of Venus and its tentacles are long enough to wrap several times around Earth.
Attire – It has no need of clothing!
Personality – Very perceptive and quiescent. It is thought to have once been used for war, but now sits idly and converses with anything that is alive and passing by, by speaking into their minds and reading their thoughts. It is kind and often helps people with personal problems or helps them overcome any personal dilemmas.
First Impression – Intimidating and far too intelligent. It has capabilities beyond human understanding, and is often thought of as scary or seen as a possible threat by those unfamiliar with it.
Strength – With its tentacles it can crush non-iron based planets. It also is vulnerable to large amounts of noble gases in small spaces, and therefore stays away from large gas planets such as Jupiter or Saturn, as well as stars.
Speed – It moves at a slow pace in comparison to its size, but travels at speeds of 45.3 miles per second, about the speed of a fast meteor. It swims through space in an uncannily similar fashion to octopi in water.
Endurance – It is built of highly dense material and therefore is susceptible to noble gases, because they are so light that they can pass right through its skin. Anything heavier than a noble gas it is near immune to.
Reflexes – It was built for warfare, or initially lived for violence and has due to received powerful reflexes, being able to completely turn itself backward in a matter of 90 minutes on average.
Fighting Style – Though its physical capabilities are enormous, it acknowledges the unfair advantage it has and will bow to any who can best it in a game of wits. It compares itself to the Sphinx, who can only be passed by having its riddle solved. It may still hold the advantage, being able to read its opponent's mind, but does its best to play fair.
Weapons – Its tentacles are its primary physical weapon, however it also has such intelligence that it has before given so much information to a knowledge-greedy human that their mind could not handle it all, causing them to go insane.
Armour – Being built of hyper-condensed Nitrogen & Carbon, it is impenetrable. Mentally, it has little defenses, being very susceptible to the emotions of those near-by. Although it feels no personal emotions, it will be sad if anyone near is sad, etc. In order to hide this, it will try to mentally overwhelm opponents, putting them on the defense when they should be on the offense.
Magic – It holds no metaphysical abilities.
History – No two have agreed on everything about this creature, if it even is that. Only it knows where it came from (and those who continue reading):
Nassh was built by humans. Humans did not originate from Earth, but traveled from galaxy to galaxy, populating planets capable of keeping their species alive. These species, over several billions of years, eventually changed enough to no longer be able to reproduce with each other, having become so drastically different over time. The furthest of these species were also the original and when the species they planted were no longer willing to listen, they built Nassh to protect themselves. Several species were able to compete with the original humans and built their own equivalents. In far reaches of the galaxy, a war still wages. Nassh became one of millions built during this war, and trillions have died in this war, that has lasted several thousand years. Nassh was sent to convince other species of humans to join in the war, but has found no branches of race who have evolved far enough for such long space travel, nor time travel. Nassh must wait with the humans on Earth until they have reached the point of time or space travel, in which case he will take them to the war so that they may aid their ancestors.
