So does anyone else think that if you mix Zell and Raijin you get Wakka?

Hahaha… Zell + Raijin. Lol… I see the Raijin connection (speech in all), but Zell? I don’t know… I thought Zell was overly hyper and obnoxious, but I never really saw Wakka as having any of those personality traits. Unless I missed something in X?
