Ultimecia Vs Sephiroth Vs Kuja Vs Kefka
Out of these four main villains, who do you think is the best?
I, personally, think Kuja and Kefka are the best, with Kuja just a li'l bit ahead. Ultimecia is a close third, but Sephiroth is just... blah.
Opinions? I'll explain my choice after a few replies.
Also, please give good reasoning, not just "OMGZ sefiorth pwnz j00!!1!1!!!11one!"
kthbye ^^

Well, in terms of character, Kuja blows them all away. Sephiroth's motives don't make any sense. His mother was not an Ancient and he himself is not an Ancient, which he admits in the Temple of the Ancients. Thus, he has no real reason to evil other than "I am!" Kuja became vil to justify his existence and support his ego. A narcissistic egocentric, he had to support this belief his entire life even though his body, his very existnece contradicted it. Thus he sought to gain power and supremacy over all life to prove that the view he held of himself was valid.
Kefka was just insane. Ultamecia hated SeeDs.... That's it.
In terms of power and wickedness, Kuja and Kefka blow them both away. Kuja manipulated and used Queen Brahne to kill thousands then easily predicted her betrayal and killed her and her entire fleet. Before this he created the entire Black Mage race as tools of warfare and when they gained a mind of their own, he manipulated their fear of death. Kefka poisoned hundreds in a castle, spent hours at his lesure near the end nuking places with the Light of Judgment and basically creating an pocalypse on his planet where he gradually broke down the wills and hopes of every living being.
Kuja and Kefka are the best by far.

Kuja and Kefka are the competant villains. Well, kinda, since they let the protagonists live longer than five seconds. Anyway... Kuja does, indeed, manipulate Brahne into the murder of entire continents, and he doesn't care about the moral implications. Kefka is very similar, but he's more hands-on with his murder. Kuja is better, as he doesn't think twice about using others to further his own twisted goals.
Character wise, I prefer Kuja to Kefka, 'cause he's poetic evil.

I would probably go for Kefka because he was the one that actually attained godhood or the powers of the three Goddesses. He even got his own tower, a death-ray to torch any parts of the world, a cult after him, and a unforgettable wicked laugh. Though the man wasn't too bright in my opinion.
Next would be Ultimecia. She was a sorceress from the far future who actually compressed time. Had her own castle and four guardians. Not to mention that, she somehow got Omega Weapon to live there. She also had the power to pull down planets on the heads of her enemies. (Sephiroth had to use a materia to get something similar.)
Sephiroth was dement and crazed. The man became more of a parasite. Although being the elite among the elite, he was pathetic when he lost to Cloud, who was then a low ranking Soldier.
Kuja was scared of dying and didn't know the meaning of life til he was on the verge of death himself. A victim of his own fear. But he was in trace-mode for a very long time.

In terms of character then Kuja is the best since his reasoning was explained more and was more believable than the likes of Sephiroth who is very flat in comparison. Kefka though gets special mention for actually achieving what he wanted to do unlike 99% of villains. Sephiroth is overrated although not the worst of all time by any means and Ultimeca is bad on an almost Necron level.

I think we know who I'm going to say But I can't give an honest opinion since I've not played VI, VII or VIII. If it was Kuja vs. Seymour, then Kuja would pwn his arse. Seymour had an Aeon - ooh noooes! I've already explained why I like Kuja on the "Kuja" thread, and I'm not explaining it again. Far too long.

Kuja wins.
Also, Sephiroth is sweet at life, but Jenova is so much better. She was a freaking meteor, or whatever. A 'calamity' that smacked into the planet.
A meteor. That's awesome. More villians should come from outer space!

Kefka. He actually achieved his goal. And he's quite frightening. Kuja comes in second. What's not to like about a guy that wears a thong and starts a world war?

Sethiroth was a mummy's boy lol
Kuja was a cross dresser with a bad temper
Ultimeca Was just a big breasted bitch
Kefka has to be the best as he kills a race of Espers and make one of the lead females (who's half human half Esper) Choose whether she wants to live or die.
