I've read parts of a translated Final Fantasy X one but it was mainly a buddy of mine who read Japanese and was typing out character backgrounds, backgrounds on Yu Yevon and the religions, and the whole Zanarkand twist of Dream Zanarkand, 1000 years ago Zanarkand, and Zanarkand Ruins.
It's a great deal of information and really unlocks a lot of mysteries that SquareSoft kept hidden.
