Ah, yeah. I'll admit, I did get a little impatient at times when I was facing off against half a dozen or more enemies. Their turns seemed to last for an eternity at times. Definitely not grounds for disliking the game as a whole, though. Minor complaint.

Tactics is fast becoming one of my favourites. The only problem I have with it is when people join your party and they don't participate in the story, like Cloud, Balthier and Reis. OK, they have there own special abilities, but it would be like Rikku joining your party in X and not diving into her story, no Al Bhed Home, no fighting with Wakka, etc.

EDIT - I stumbled a part of the game where Reis and Lionel play main roles in Lionel, so, I no longer count them as non participants

Yeah, but the whole Cloud thing is more of a sidequest/Easter egg for Tactics...the characters & everything you get from that aren't really supposed to fit in w/the main story, I don't think...now, it'd be great if they also added to the story somewhat, but what're you gonna do? Not every game deals with sidequests as well as Chrono Trigger.

I think the one thing I can honestly say I hated about it was the limited party numbers...I think you can take out your whole beginning party and you still won't be able to add all of the characters that can join you...

OH! And Barius Hill!!! All those damnedable Chocobo battles...like 2 reds, 2 blacks, 4 yellows! WTF?!? I'm only allowed a 5 member party!!!
