The CGI renditions of the fights against Marluxia and Xehanort's Heartless from Chain of Memories in the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II is quite entertaining.
From X, we mustn't forget Operation: Mi'ihen.
In IX, I suppose anytime Kuja takes control of an Eidolon using the Invincible is quite epic.

Umm, try when Edea totally pwns Squall at the end of disc 1 with that Ice Strike Limit Break thing. Squall was completely pwned in SLOW MOTION and Rinoa has an 'omgwtfhereallygotpwnednoooo!' face on the entire time.

The death of Seymour. That d*** annoyed me soooo much. When he was finally gone... ooh, it was good.
The Ice Strike scene was alright, but I liked Squall...
Ooh, also, when Zidane and Garnet escape Alexandria on the airship in Final Fantasy IX, right at the beginning of the game. I was just laughing at Brahne!

Well I like Squall too, but I loved Edea at the time, too. I mean, the entire parade scene with the dancers and the torches and everything just made her look so cool. And when she got the last laugh, I literally did this face ->
