Neurotically Yours Cult
Welcome fellow cultists, one and all!
We are gathered here because we share one thing in common:
We heed the words of "The Lord and Master", Foamy the Squirrel!
The word of Foamy has spread across the internet. Everyday problems and annoyances that are either normally overlooked or ultimately ignored have been pointed out by the almighty squirrel. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, either visit the main site of IllWillPress or see the collection at Newgrounds and check out the 'toons and topical rants. If you find yourself nodding and agreeing with the words of Foamy, welcome to the cult!
Now, as with every club/clan/cult/group, there is a set of rules that we must follow. Please take care to read them carefully, let them sink into your head, and follow them.
The Rules of the NYC
- Yes, ranting and venting is allowed in this club. The squirrel can do it, so why can't we?
- Please refrain from mentioning names during your rants, especially when you are ranting about the antics of a certain member on these forums. The ranting and venting privileges are there so we too can point out the most god-awful annoying things in society, NOT to attack specific people.
- Also refrain from flaming each other. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and we must all respect that.
- Tone down the language. Yes, "The Lord and Master" has a foul mouth. It doesn't mean you need to mimic him, even when you're ranting on about how certain people need to die because of their lack of intelligence.
- Links and addresses that refer directly to shops for Neurotically Yours products or to Jonathan Ian Mathers (the creator of Foamy) are NOT to be posted on here. People can purchase the products if they feel like it and J.I.M. does not like fan mail.
- Squirrel-related news articles may be posted here as well. Found an article containing real-life squirrely wrath? Let's see it!
- NO nude pictures of Germaine! Although I suppose you could post some fan art in here, please make sure Germaine has enough clothes on to cover what's necessary. I don't care if it's for shits and giggles, I (along with other female members, I'll assume) do NOT want to see a naked picture of a flash cartoon character. It's stupid. It's immature. And it'll quickly earn you an infraction.
- SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED HERE! No one likes a topic of conversation to be ruined by a butchered run-on sentence that has nothing to do with the cult or the topic on hand.
