Clubs will be generally added to this sticky when they are deemed active by the clubs moderators. Inactive clubs may also be removed and archived if they exceed the 2 month or more inactivity rule.
Just because a club isn't listed here, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. A newly created club for example will not be listed here as it isn't active enough yet. However duplicates of new clubs are also not allowed. So please be sure to check the forums also.
