I remember reading up on this game... looks interesting, but I doubt it'll be the turning point for the PS3. No, it's gonna take a lot more main stream titles that are exclusive to the console (i.e. FFXIII) to do that - That and a serious price cut as we are already seeing with a slimmed down model to be released in November for $399.00.
