I hate the idea of cosmetic surgery in general... Especially when it comes to boob jobs, because that just seems to tell me that the girl's a hoe. It just makes me feel that people are extremely fake for even thinking about cosmetic surgery... And if they're going to lie about their body, you can guess what all else they may lie about...
On a lighter note... one of my friends actually wants a breast reduction operation.

So, by your logic, women who want larger breasts are simply out to become sluts, where as women who would like smaller breasts are prudent, "proper" members of society.
Also, if changing the way you look makes you "fake" then I must assume that you are either also fake, or an extreme nudist. Because, frankly speaking, we weren't born with the clothes on our back, or with our hair cut, or with any other sort of adornments, and from what you have said, anything you change from the way you were born is another method of becoming "fake".

What I'm saying is, changing your body physically through an unnatural process does not seem right to me. I never said I really agreed with my friend, I just meant that it is an interesting twist. And, yes, girls who want larger breasts do seem like sluts to me, but mostly if they want them like, unnaturally huge, like most girls I know who go through those types of surgery.
For that matter, I don't see why guys care about breasts on a girl, or physical appearances what-so-freaking-ever. If she's a nice girl personality-wise, then she's a nice girl, despite appearances, good or bad. A b**** with a huge rack is no more than a b**** to me no matter what she looks like. but, I digress, and have gone off onto a rant.

Your rant actually seems much more thought out and true to your actual feelings than your actual post was. I can see in your "rant" where you mean to basically say "girls who get unnaturally large breasts are stereotypically sluts", whereas you almost straight up said "big boobies = slut" in your post.
I'm not trying to rag on you, or anyone else for that matter, I just am very particular about people posting properly in the debate forums. After all, it's hard to get your ideas across if you aren't saying what you mean, and not saying what you mean completely defeats the purpose of posting in the debate section at all.

Yeah... I need to think my responses out better... I suppose it's part of me having not been in my creative writing mode in quite awhile... That and it's late here. xD
Anyway, it just annoys me... It seems to me that the way most guys see beauty in women effects their psyches enough to make them think they need to change themselves so drastically as with surgery. And because it's been like that for so long, now it's women advertising it as a viable solution to women, almost always hinting that they would be generally liked/loved more. It just makes me hate how modern society has come into being.

They make you believe that you don't worth and your ugly, like no one's ever gonna notice you.
Then you get obsessed and can't do without a surgery.I mean even if you want to change something at you first change your way of thinking.
Some people are born beautiful and some ugly.
But some are just b*tches and no matter how beatiful they are no one wants them.
What would be the point if everybody was beautiful?
Life would be boring cause you wouldn't have to face probs.Neither you would learn to estimate other values.
But we shouldn't also forget that some people are just doing their jobs to make a living.

That is pretty much how I feel about the whole thing.
It's not that I'm against people getting it, because it does make some people happy and gives them more confidence etc. so in which case let them.
It's just the moral of it that I don't agree with. And it's also a lot to do with the way that it is advertised, making people think that they need it.
Your point about how 'life would be boring because there would be no problems' is another thing that I strongly agree with, but not just about appearances but most things in life. Like how there is no 'perfect' person which in my opinion is a good thing. We all have faults and imperfections, but they are just what make us different from everyone else, endearing traits that make us unique. And I just see the whole idea of getting plastic surgery as a way of making yourself the same as everyone else, closer to this idea of 'perfect' which some people seem to be obsessed with for some reason.
Anyway, like I said, if people want to get it then so be it, but I personally wouldn't, and I think that magazines and tv should stop trying to sway people and just let them make their own decisions.

I'm going to be honest here and say, I'd like to be a little less round around the middle, and maybe a little bit longer in the pants. To be blunt.
I don't particularly care for the idea of advertising or "selling" plastic surgery by means of attacking someones feelings towards their physical self, but I can't really argue with the fact that, from a marketing standpoint, it works.
When i was thinking about this I completely forgot about about the money side of things, and just how expensive plastic surgery is. I suppose that's another issue with it aswell, just how far people will go to make themselves look/feel better. Like £4000 for a boob job?? More money than sense if you ask me.
But yeh, people do have make money in some way, and I have nothing against that. To be fair, it's not like surgeons are hiding in dark alleys kidnapping young girls and completely reconstructing their bodies. Lots of people are too obsessed with money though In my opinion..
