From what Nomura said Versus will remain PS3 exclusive as they are pushing it too the limit and trying to get the most out of it. XIII has had a lot of speculation about going multiplatform but if they too are going to try and push the PS3 to the limit then I would say porting it would be an impossibility.
I would say these 3 games will stay how they are but it is a 10 year project so there will probably spin-offs for every console.
