We've seen in before, in previous scans, of Famitsu and Dengeki, but in very low quality. This image is in HD and according to our Japanese friends, its actually a rendering using the Epic's Unreal Engine 3. Maybe Square Enix decided to throw away the "White Engine" and use Epic's "Unreal Engine"? We don't have an official state yet, but i think the graphics are looking better than the White engine's.
