Ok i was readin an ign article, when i saw this:

They're clearly referring to FFXIII "not being playable" for the convention itself; not as a whole. A small extraction:

Final Fantasy II (PSP, video)
Dragon Quest Monster Battle Road (Arcade, video)
Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete (Blu-Ray, video)
Final Fantasy XIII (PS3, Mobile, video)

So unless you were planning on playing FFXIII demo in the convention in Japan, only then can I see disappointment. We're still going to be able to play it when it's finally released though.

Unless of course, you're confused about something else...
