Who's The True Villain of Final Fantasy X?
I personally don't think it was Yu Yevon.
If you listen to the Fayth and the old scholar, you learn it was mostly Yunalesca who did everything and Yu Yevon himself devolved into a pure force with no good or evil. Just existing to summon Sin eternally.
So, I'd say the Yevon religion is the main antagonist. That or Seymour.

Seymour wanted to bond himself with Yu Yevon. Without Yu Yevon, Seymour wouldn't have wanted to gain power. So maybe the antagonist was a combination of Seymour and Yu Yevon?

I think that Maester Mika is the bad guy ... he cheats death, keeps secret the knowledge of Sin's immortality and Seymour's past ( the killing of his father) and quickly turns Tidus&Co. into traitors once they kill Seymour.

Well the main bad guy to me is Seymour only because you face him so many times along the game, plus his plan was to fuse with Sin and destroy Spira.
Yu Yevon might be the actual main evil guy but i hardly consider a dark orb to be a bad guy.

Considering only the main 'in-your-face' storyline, it's Yu Yevon. Considering the backstory to FFX, and why Yu Yevon did what he did, it's Bevelle's leaders; the Maesters.
I wouldn't say Yunalesca played any part in any "evil" role, seeing as she was the only person capable of keeping Yu Yevon within Sin for eternity; by re-creating the Final Aeon. Without her, Yu Yevon would not be able to regenerate Sin, and without his armour, he has no safe place to summon the Dream World. Should Bevelle have not started a war, there would be no Dream World to be created, there would be no Sin, and there would be no sacrifice.
All-in-all, the Maesters couldn't finish what they started. The religion itself can't be to blame, as it was just a cock-sucking way for them to potentially quell Yu Yevon's instrument of destruction.

personally i thought that seymour was the main boss coz he wanted the power of yu yevon and he wsa willing to do any thing to get it including becomeing the next sin, and he so looks the part of the ultimate villain with the blue hair and the awesum tatoos on his chest.

I agree with Saix. Even though Yu Yevon was the one causing the destruction, but the maesters were the ones responsible of mantaining it.

Considering the game, it's Seymour.
He's the one who wanted to destroy Spira and he's the one that always pops up to get pwned each new city you visit.

Nonono. There were no villains in Final Fantasy X - merely a conflict of interests. The only person you could even consider to be a villain would be Maester Wen Kinoc. Why? He was the only character who acted on his personal gain, incidentally leading to his own demise.
Sure, a lot of the justifications were questionable and bent, to say the least, but they weren't evil.
