I think Tidus is best for the old Yuna. Not so much the new Yuna - she's wAAAAy too much like Rikku. In reality, Tidus would not like the FFX-2 Yuna. But then again, maybe that's just my opinion...XD

Either would have made a great pair but I say Yuna.

Clearly, the best person to fill that role, for Tidus, would be Yuna. The guy is out going, cheerful, energetic - while Yuna is quiet, serious, dedicated. They are, like their names and sigils suggest, complete opposites - the sun and the moon. As the old phrase goes: Opposites attract. What we see in others, traits we ourselves do not possess, often attracts us, interests us. There's a certain mystery to someone who is different. So I'd totally say Yuna. Of course, like it's been said, X-2 Yuna has changed a bit, ha ha, so you have to take that in consideration. But still, I'd say Yuna.

Yuna, definately. First off they are the poster couple. Second off they had so much chemistry in FFX while Rikku and Tidus just seemed like good friends tied by the bond of a common goal. Yuna does change a lot in FFX-2 BUT, she IS the high summoner and spends two years mourning Tidus before actually setting out to find him. I don't think he could leave her unless she didn't want him anymore, especially because the faith started dreaming(supposedly, the whole thing is sort of cloudy) again just to bring him back as a 'thank you' to Yuna for saving the world twice. Bahamut said he couldn't promise anything in the first place so if he left Yuna I think that they would just stop dreaming again because what's the point? Rikku did help save the world twice but it's pretty obvious Yuna gets all the credit for that anyway. So he's stuck with her like it or not though I think she might mellow out a little by settling down. We know from Last Mission/International thatYuna stays put at Besaid doing not much other than spending time with Tidus. She seems to be trying to make up lost time and thus sort of returns to the point at which Tidus left(mentally of coarse.)
Well that's just my theory about it. Good job to anybody who actually read all of that.

I would choose Riku, but Tidus and Riku seem more like brother and sister than lovers. Tidus would choose Yuna anyday of the week.

Don't slap me after this but I think Rikku. Them both were so much alike in a way. If Tidus was not in love with Yuna, who knows maybe she would've remained herself in X-2. Bu then again Rikku...
Rikku herself seemed to like Tidus, she helped him after the 'time travel'.
I think that Rikku and Tidus would've been a better couple.
But Rikku's just 15 in X...

It a toss up. Every now and then you'll see Tidus and Riku kinda getting close. But the same thing happens for Yuna and Tidus.
