To be honest I wouldn't mind if they made Final Fantasy X into a movie, as long as they don't screw it up. Many people say they wouldn't watch the movie, but you know anyone that is a Final Fantasy fan would watch the movie regardless if they liked Final Fantasy X or not.

i would certainly watch it. Great story is always good for movies. It doesn't matter if there isn't enough action, it's a good sf drama...

I don't like X all that much, but if the movie would be made by the same team as Advent Children, I'd be sure to watch it. Really, Advent Children is the best movie I've ever seen, second only to Lord of the Rings...

I've always thought it would make a great movie. Whoever would make it could make it like a mini-series like the sci-fi channel always does. That way more content from the game would be covered. Mini-series or movie, I'd see it no matter what :]

id think it would make a better mini seires than movie, its too long to condense into 2 hours and three at the max.
and it may get a lot of religious people eg the catholic league boycotting it and saying its evil a la the golden compass

I doubt they'll ever make a FFX movie, but I would probably go see it just like everyone else. Hopefully they wouldn't make Tidus dissappear because after all I went through playing X-2 to see them reunite, it would really suck for them to do that.

Theyd ruin it.
Every time media tries to do something like this, they ruin it. I wouldnt see it, I would regret it, and I would like X less cuz of it.
They need to stop it with the "making Final fantasy more than a video game" trip. FF is a PS game (or is that changing? hmmmm), and its good. when you try to turn it into something else, it sucks. I hope they dont invest time and money in a movie that will blow.
90% of the people who play ffx dont even get the storyline and what it means in real life. you will either be confused and tell me i dont know anything, or youll be one of the ones who gets it. youll KNOW when you "get" the storyline. so i think a movie would defile the storyline . . .
