That would definitely be against Yunalesca. The very first time I came into that battle with her, I had everyone fully maxed out and thought it would be a breeze. It would have, but I completely forgot about Megadeath, (Worst part is, I kinda remember reading about it before I got the game) and before I knew it, everyone was dead... Anyway, this was the most enjoyable battle of the game, especially once I got the proper strategy going.
I think I posted this somewhere before...  Ah well, post +1

The funniest fight for me was after I got Caladbolg for Tidus, I went to the arena and fought the Chimerageist and I remember the first time I fought him I died, but then I tried again with Aeons and beat him after about 25 minutes. This time I killed him in 2 hits...

I love fighting against Malboros  When he releases his "Bad Breath" my characters who aren't protected by a status effect are confused. Even if I lose it gives me a lough.
I also thought that fighting against the Dark Aeons gets wird when I summon the Good Aeon. Two Aeons, good and bad fighting against themselves... strange...

I don't recall Geosgaeno reducing damage from a Celestial Weapon-wielding attacker that much. I think the reason he hit very little was because the Celestial weapons require you to keep your health high to do a lot of damage.
Most fun fight for me = Sin on the airship. It was sort of epic.

For me it was against Seymour Flux. Because when he cated Reflect on himself and then he had to cast Flare on himself, I use Dispel and he damages himself .

The funniest fight in FFX...? I would have to say that that is every single fight where I decided to kill off Tidus for the heck of it. ^^
