crazy Aeon idea
Ok I'm not if theres already a section on this but ....
I've all ways wanted to defeat the dark aeons using only just the normal version of that Aeon, like Shiva Vs Dark Shiva.
I was going to try this with the last time I played it but ... Never got around to it.
Has any one ever tried this?
or wants to try?

I'd like that though I hate how dark Aeons are overpowered.. >.<

I just used my aeons as sheilds against the dark aeons overdrives, they just weren't strong enough to survive against even the normal attacks.
I just don't think it would be possible because you can't get yours as strong as the dark aeons

You could but it would take ages... and that is only at certain things. Big problem: Dark aeon hp>Aeon hp among other stats, though it is possible to beat the dark aeons with your aeons. You just can't make the same fayth fight itself. ie: Valefor vs Dark Valefor.

I hate how the American version of the game only has the regualr Aeons and the Dark ones are left out, but I know the rest of the world usually gets ripped off with release dates so I won't complain here.
I know though as I've been from forum to forum discussing the Dark Aeons and hearing what others have to say about them that they are some of the toughest battles in the game; expecially Penance (sp?).

Unless you want to take the piss and use Zanmato.  They are challenging but if you get too high stats you lose any challenge that the dark aeons once had. Penance, in a fair fight is a hard boss, whenever I want a challenge I take him on without using Yojimbo. Definately everything a super-boss should be. But back to the Dark Aeons, all in all they are challenging, and to really bring in the fun use no aeons or overdrives, beat them on raw ability.

My yojimbo is naff i have never used hima against a dark aeon unless i desperately needed a sacrifice....and you can use bahamut against dark bahamut, it's just belgemines aeons that you couldn't use the same aeons against each other

In my version of ff10 I can't use the same aeon against it's dark form, Unless different versions allow that?

Really O.o....it took me an AGE to defeat dark Bahamut and im postive i sacrificed my own bahamut against him.......

I am fairly sure you can't have an aeon fight it's dark form, I will have to check sometime for confirmation.
