i think the matches lasted too long, getting wakkas celestial weapon is by far the most time consuming in the whole game, i just got bored. I felt like it was becoming a whole new game in its own right it took me that many hours!!!!

Yeah...blitzball is cool the first 20 times you play it....and after that is getting kinda boring. And I wish there were more teams to play against... lately I've been able to beat the Al-Behd seriously(5-0 or something like that...not even their uber goalie can catch a Jecht shot at point blank). And like some people said....to choose the game lenght would be perfect...

Blitzball matches really are way too long. I agree that two rounds with three minutes each would be a better alternative. Not to mention, it must be really hard on the players to keep treading without any breaks for five minutes - waterpolo's pretty exhausting, so to have to do it while completely submerged seems ridiculously hard (ignoring the fact that blitzball really makes no sense, much like a gunblade).

I thought 2 5 minute segments was just the right amount of time at the beginning. But further into the game after I got my team all nice and trained it was just...

I just powerplayed that shit.

Half the the game were beat in about 7 minutes after I got the maximum amount of goals.
Blitzball, though. Good stuff. One of the few mini-games I like.

i think just doing the first 5 mins was enough, knowing i still had a second half to play when i was already winning did my head in. I spent half my time just passing the ball for the exp and then just make one jecht shot at close range. It just bored the socks of me in the end
