I didn't. I totally forgot. I went into Sin and managed to come out alive without it, so I didn't bother. I fact, I didn't know that Valefor had another Overdrive until I got a walkthrough.

My favourite character is Rikku because of her loks and everything about her. 
From all 8 aeons I liked the most Shiva because of her looks, her agility and last because of her hair style. And because she was my strongest aeon(besides Yojimbo with a full overdrive gauge).
And I like blitzball a lot cause it's a lot of fun.
Overall...FFX is a great game. |

Only reason I liked Shiva is she makes ice look frikkin' hot. Her Agility wasn't bad either. By far, my favorite Aeon is Bahamut. First one to break 9999 Damage Limit, and still looks cool.

Favorite for me was Auron's Masamune. It was Sephy's sword all the way in FF7 and it is still my favorite today!

My favourite character is Auron. he looks cool. he is cool and is powerful as hell. Oh yeah and he kicks ass. And I really like his ultimate weapon too: Masamune.
My favourite aeon is Bahumat and Anima. They've got good stats overall and have saved my ass in a few spots that include getting my ass kicked off of that f***ing Malboro in the omega dungeons. I swear, thats probably the most hated monster in the whole game. lawl

Shiva always looks badass. Her agility is usually high anyways though.
I even stopped using Ifrit for awhile there. He got kinda boring.

I liked Auron’s Masamune… It did look painfully brutal to be struck with, but Tidus's Caladbolg is still without a doubt, my favorite.

Haha i totally agree, that Marlboro is a right pain in the arse.
Anyway, i thought FFX was brilliant, i preferred the way the Aeons/Summons worked in it. Rather than to just come out, attack and go away. Plus Bahamut was just like the coolest thing you had ever seen, especially when he does his mad backflip for Mega-Flare! Yojimbo was ace as well, he would have been cooler if he njever had that stupid dog haha, but that sword...!
Characters i was slightly disspointed in, comparing to 7,8 and 9. Apart from Auron. I dont know why, but i just feel let down. It is only because you play 7,8, and 9..to follow that takes alot.
The turn-based battle system was the best SE have brought out yet, and the sphere grid was the best way to level up, in my opinion anyway. It was lengthy but still the best. And this game had Break damage and hp limits, that was just awesome !
As for the sidequests, well if i didnt love IX's sidequests soo much then this game would be first on that boat. There was only one thing i hated doing and that was getting money..killing all those mimics..and the Marlboro as stated above constantly annoying me  . Other than that, i thought Penance was a real challenge, along with most of the dark aeons. Oh and it was great how you had..Penance, Nemesis, all the dark aeons AND the typical Ultima and Omega weapon. Very challenging game.
Blitzball was awesome, it did get boring at times. And it was annoying how it would take you 15 minutes on average for one game...best sidequest in any FF yet apart from hocobo Hot & Cold. |
