Ixion caught my eye since it was the first one I had obtained with the ability to fully heal itself at the start. Shiva was also a favorite once I had obtained her and I actually never used Valefor again once I had gotten Shiva. Anima has to be my favorite though. Massive damage and an outstanding summon. I summon her just to see her being summoned. Lolz.

I didn't use Aeons all that often, tbh. In most FF games, I rarely use summons; I'll use them once just to watch the summon sequence.
I used Bahamut the most out of all of them just because he's my favorite. Plus I liked his badass stance and his overdrive.

I use Ixion and Shiva early on when I first get them, just because I like the look of them, and I find Shiva's speed quite useful at times. Bahamut is the one I use the most though. I like the way he stands there with his arms folded, and still use him long after Aeons outlive their usefulness.

The aeon i use the most time is Yojimbo i always use him when i encounter hard bosses, because of The Zanmato it's just soo hardcore xD and it makes the bosses too easy.

anima for me, helped me out a few times in the dark aeons battles (although i still die) but her overdrive is so insane 1.000.000+ damage to enemies for me

haha i was exactly the same...at the start i used Shiva and Bahamut like no tomorrow but once i found out that Yojimbo could Slice and Dice hehehe i was like a kid in a candy store... I defeated most of the Dark Aeons only using Yojimbo :-)
