Maybe a little bit, but it's the same voice as from X. I don't know, maybe because of the fact that DiMaggio's voice changed a bit after a few years since X...?

Wakka's voice changed throughout FFX also, he went from a strong polynesian accent at the beginning to a californian who occasionaly siad "Ya?" at the end. In X-2 I think he sounded the same as he did from the latter stages of FFX...
