Hello everyone,

I was just playing FF X-2 and noticed something wasn't right. I just couldn't put my finger on it. Then in battle I figured it out. Many sound effects are replaced by silly sound effects. For example when Yuna shoots instead of hearing a gunshot you hear a trumpet. Or when Yuna walks it sounds like she's really REALLY heavy.

It's freaking me out! What the hell is this?!

At first I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me. But I can assure you it's all there. I've played this game a lot so...I find this really weird myself. I also asked my sister about it and let her hear it and she thought it was awkward as well.

There are more weird sounds that I can barely even discribe. There's a silly high-pitched sound that just goes high and low when changing garments.

It really sounds like it's meant to be funny.

I don't think that's it. You shouldn't hear trumpets when there's something wrong with your sound input. XP Maybe it's a funny item or something like that...an easter egg?

A friend of mine thought it might be a damaged savegame so I restarted and loaded the same savegame. And now the sounds are back to normal again.

Maybe it was some kind of error that just scrambled the sound effects...I dunno.

Guh, yeah, you're right. I should've made an extra savegame with those sounds. Just for fun.

Why didn't I think of that before? DX
