Paine: Sailor Uranus of FFX-2?
hmm.. why do some people think she's a lesbo? Is she really one or it's just in her taste? I've encountered some people comparing X-2 with Sailor Moon with those dress spheres and stuff. since they're both all-girl casts they even tend to think it's pretty common for the developers to add some yuri elements. what do you think about it? personally I couldn't say for sure since I haven't played this game myself. from what I've read about her, she is designed that way to fit in the game's action style so she'll probably be that tough girl type. tough X-2 is a pretty unusual spawn in the series there haven't been any character design issues of such isn't it.

I dont think that Paine is a lesbo, I think that the people that made the game just wanted to make it sexy and tough all at the same time.
I've played the game and I haven't compared it to Sailormoon, that makes no sense. But I think that Paine is perfectly fine.

Meh, I always viewed her as one of those tough 'town-boy' types and nothing more, actually. In fact, I always see her as one of those easily forgotten about characters, in my opinion.

At first I really thought she was Lulu's cousin or something like that. Same husky-type voice, red eyes, overall coldness. Less breast exposure, though.
I think she's just a tough bitch, which is an interesting addition to the female cast of Final Fantasy. They're normally either ditzy cutesy, innocent and naive, or proper princessy. I liked how types like Lulu and Paine were added to the mix.

Paine is one of my fav female characters. Just cause shes tough doesnt make her a lesbian. I dont see people calling Lara Croft, Sarah Conor or Ripley men cause their strong ...
