There're two accessories you can wear to meet your requirements:

Enterprise = Break HP Limit (obtained in Chapter 2)

Invincible = Break Damage Limit (obtained in Chapter 5)

If you are referring to the PAL/US version of the game then, yes, doing the Tobli cart mission would spoil your chances of getting Enterprise. But for the Jap/Asian versions, you have to do the following as detailed by the Gamefaq created by Terces1:

Bevelle Hidden Secret Dungeon Maze (Via Infinito)
Basement level 40th boss. Defeat the boss and a treasure chest will be at the spot where the boss is when it first appears. Open the treasure chest for this accessory.

However, since you've done the cart mission, you practically have no chance of getting Catnip (provided that your playing the Jap/Asian version that is).

What use would that be in Chapter 2 lol
