do you think you should have been able to use more characters
In FFX-2 do you think you should have been able to use more characters. I though you should have been able to use more, sure the 3 you have are good and they could use different dresspheres, but they should have given you more characters to use in your party.

Yes, I did feel a little bit dissatisfied with just Yuna, Rikku and Paine. I thought that perhaps the others should have come in from X. But since Tidus and Auron were in the Farplane, you couldn't use them. I always did wonder why it was restricted to those three. But the reason is because all the others have moved on in their lives.

i found it fine, usually different characters have different roles, like in FFX
Yuna was the White Mage, or healer
Tidus was the Tank/Damage Warrior
Auron was the Tank
Lulu was the Black Mage
Rikku the Thief
Wakka the Ranged Damage dealer
Kimahri the blue mage, or damage dealer and buffer(could be wrong, never really played with him)
in this they changed different characters with their own roles, into dress spheres, it worked for me, eventhough i would've liked multiple characters, it wasn't needed to make more then 3 characters in the game
EDIT: the roles for the character in FFX are the base roles and may not be the same as the role they fullfilled in your game, as Yuna was a black mage/summoner in my game for example

Yea because with only three characters and more than 5X Classes (Dress Spheres) you should be able to use more than just three at one time. Also you should be able to put on a different question.

Kimahri can be pretty much anything. In addition to his unique Blue Mage skill, he starts off on the Sphere grid with a choice of ways to go. I tend to have him follow Tidus' or Aurons path intially.
But yeah, I reckon they should have at least have added a fourth party member. But oh well, I guess they really wanted that 'Charlies Angels' feel about the game.

and ohyeah...
Rename Final Fantasy X-2 to : Brother's Angels...

Yeah, I was hoping that there were atleast two more character added. Lulu could've been a great choice, but darn Wakka...getting her pregnant and all. :( Out of all the times...gosh!
Anyway, it was still ok, I guess. I didn't have to worry about leveling up an additional character...the main three were just fine.
