The Island Closest To Hell for me. It was challenging and yet gave you a Ton of experience, which leads me to a conclusion of how you got to the islands at that level in the first place, and beating it at such a low level.
In my opinion, i call your bluff for its impossible to make it that far at those levels considering what you have to go through in VIII.
I dont doubt beating the game at low levels, but that low is unimaginable.
Never can remember the distinct differences between the 2 besides the names, but whichever one gave you Ultima by walking around was a good one. I literally equipped "No Encounters" as my ability and just juiced everyone's stats up big time.
