Space Incident

I liked the space Incident, all the little tidbits of story & meeting Ellone again ^^ altho I have to say when I face those stupid propogators (sp?) I kept dying and they kept respawing which annoyed me for a while til I found out you had to kill them in order....

But my main query was when Rinoa was in space and her oxygen ran out, why didn't she die? Where did all that extra air suddenly come from??
Say she had died, she couldn't actually pass on in peace without passing her powers on so once she got back to Earth, wouldn't she have passed them on then died then, instead?

She didn't die, she passed out cause of lack of oxygen, it didn't ran out fully, but she had very little left and couldn't breath freely.

And there was a time limit to get to her; the time it took for her oxygen to run out. I think Squall shared his with her then.

What about when it says life support terminated? Was there like some kind of back up supply or something....? It all just seemed rather.....odd

I don't know. xD I'm a complete brat when it comes to Rinoa, so, I just left the broad out there to die. =/

That's when you don't reach her in time. He was referring to the point where you do catch up with her and the little cutscene between being in space and the Ragnorak.

No no, when Ellone takes Squall to her most recent past it shows her life support running out and then it says life support terminated (while Squall is still viewing thru ellone) & Rinoas like 'am I gunna die?' Then it shows her breathing get shallow & seeming to pass out, and then she opens her eyes as you see the rings float past her face and says 'im...still alive...?' Then she presses some button and air comes out.....Thats the point Im wondering about where did all this extra air materialise from? Why didn't she just suffocate when it terminated in the firsat place? It's after then Squall goes nuts and decides he's gunna go out into space and rescue her

If you don't catch her, all it does is say she was lost in space forever or something like that and gives you the oportunity to start again

When it says that the life support terminates, I think there's also a cutscene where she accesses an emergency life support panel (when she is able to hear Squall's voice across time) and is given a meager bit of more oxygen which sets the clock for the "catch Rinoa" mini-game.

Is it just me or did the game just skip the thing entirely if you failed so many times? I failed about 15 times and then I just randomly saved her despite being nowhere near her.
