Squall I'm fairly neutral on. I was never really interested in the character or his story. Even if the overall plot and the other characters were interesting, I stopped playing due to how boring the lead was.

I'm pretty unsure on this one. I mean, at times he's cool and BA, and at other times I'm just annoyed by him. Kind of a love-hate relationship like Rinoa. The only characters I loved throughout that entire game were probably Zell and Selphie.
Even in fanfictions, I can't like him completely or hate him completely. Although, I did love him in the ending scenes. Hurraaay.
