ultamant weapon power ups
ok i know clouds and vincents but what are the other weapons conditions to power up
cloud=hp-mp current to 9999-999 the closer it is the more it does
vincent= number killed by the weapon
so what are the others?

Does Tifa do more damage the lower her HP is? I've no idea about anyone elses but I'm Sure that's Tifas......

tifa does more damage with low hp.
i'm not 100% sure, but i don't think yuffies has a condition, i could be wrong >_>
i'm a lv junkie, so i had yuffie and cid at lv99 mid disk 2 >_>'

Not sure how accurate these are:
Barrett
Dmg = sum of all AP gained on the materias that are equipped on his weapon.
Tifa
Gains more power every time she misses one of her Limit Breaks.
Aerith
Powers up whenever one person or two people in your group are KOed.
Cid + Cait Sith + Red
More MP = More Dmg.

the barret one can't be right cause you don't get ap on best weapons
and that is pretty useful to know that stuff

Yes, ultimate weapons don't accumulate AP - however Feng Yun is saying the weapon calculates how much AP is combined in all the materia equipped to it, thus creating the level of damage.

ok, from what i know
cloud- more hp=more dmg
barret- ap on weapon
vincent- more kills= more dmg
i think tifa does more dmg at low hp, i rarely use her limit and noticed more dmg when she was at crit hp a few times
that's about all i know, once i get a new ps i'll run a low power game, i too often overkill the game >_>'
i have no idea about cait, the only time i use him, i use him for the victory reels.

Tifa gets hers from how close she is t her Limit, doesn't she?
And I think Cid's is like Cloud's, but with MP instead.
Can't remember the others.

I got this info from a walkthru-
Cloud- Yep, more HP, more damage.
Cid- More MP, more damage
Tifa- More time she gets misses on her slots, more damage.
Vincent- More mobs killed, more damage.
Yuffie- When fighting an enemy with a higher level than herself, more damage.
Cait Sith- More HP, more damage
Red XIII- More MP, more damage
Barret-Yeah the higher the level of the materia equipped to Missing Score, more damage.
Aeris- Lower HP or KO of other members of the party, more damage.
