I prerfer the In game omnislash - espicially when you use it on sephiroth at the end - it just has a way more dynamic feel to it 
although AC's Omnislash was more visually pleasing

Even though the OmniSlash in AC was visually orgasmic, nothing beats the original. Just something about Cloud, using that effing huge sword and wailing on shit. Simple, and effective. xD

The AC omni-slash was cooler because in FF7 it was just a bunch of slashes.

I'd say the original. Simply because it took about 90 minutes to get to see the AC version which didn't blow me away too much.
But it took about 50 hours to see the original version in all it's glory my first time round! And that gave me a massive wow-factor!
Then I saw Yuffie's "All Creation" and realised the lvl 4 limit breaks weren't all good lol.

I thought the original was great, loads of damage and better than KotR, didn't think much to it in Advent Children but hey, why not. It did look cool in advent children but I don't think it was as powerful. Just out of interest in the game Cid's highwind attack can do much more overall if they all hit for 9999 making it the strongest attack in the game.

Yea, I didn't even realize that he had the strongest weapon in the game either. I just found that out about a week ago. I was under the impression it was Cloud's final weapon... but apparently the one you get for Cid from the speed race at the Golden Saucer is stonger.
