simple if you think about it for less a second...
he has an angel shaped wing on arm and back, and on his leg (i think)
also it is a good contrast between his seemingly evil character and the goodness of an angel wing.
He symbolises destruction, anger, dark, death and decay, whether as an angel wing symbolises goodness, holy, truth, prosperity and rightousness.
Quite clever, the light of the dark side.
