The Black Cape....
Ok so while I'm asking stupid questions, I may as well get this one out of the way, as again, it's something that has bugged me for a while
When the gang are in the hotel at the Gold Saucer, Tifa says ''I dont even know what the black Cape is''
Is that just poor translation or is Tifa really a dumbass?? It has bugged me for as long as I can remember. I just assumed that she was talking about the Black Materia, but usually my assumptions are just wrong
What else is there that just doesnt seem to make sense aside from ''this guy are sick'' lol......

They were talikning about the man in the black cape being seen around, and Red XIII was asking if he was gunna go mad because he has a number like the clones. Its when the ropeway stops working
And Tifa just says ''I dont know what the black cape is''

Yeah she must have noticed that Sephy isn't really wearing a black cape, yet she still thought that all those random villagers were talking about him. In fact they were talking about all the clones. Really weird

Ummm...perhaps it is...the ummm cloaks on those weird people that give you items....and she doesn't know what they mean or why they where them...Just guessing.

I'd say its a mistake. Throughout FFVII you can notice shit loads of stuff like that. These are mysteries that will probably never be solved, unless Crisis Core can shed some light.
