Actually it depends on the custom firmware you are using. Some could support FF8 better than other

ive also got this on my psp with 3.50 oe-a. You would need a pretty lengthy tutorial on how to downgrade/upgrade ur psp but theres always a chance ur gonna brick it (break your whole psp) if u dont do it right.

I had the thought of doing that to my PSP, but there are still other things I need to take care of. So, for me it won't be happening for a while. BTW, pretty nice job.

It doesn't take very long, like 1 hour at most if you do it right!

yeah, i put final fantasy VIII on my psp ages ago lol, i dont know why people think the psp needs to be chipped, there has always been a way around it on the PSP. But cool, nice to see FF7 on the psp, havent done that yet.

heh, i think ill run through FF7 again lol. Havent played it in ages.

I know it doesn't take long, I have FFIX on mine but there are things to be done before I go and do it so that I can have FFVII on mine.
