do you want a live action film adaption
i was just thinking this but would you want to see a ffvii live action film i think it would be good if they could pull it off?

Well, if it's like Advent Children, then no. If it does not include any building slicing and DBZ like moves, and has a productive and worth watching storyline, then yes. I admit, it would be quite interesting.

They'd have to be really careful not to leave more holes by suddenly making Cloud able to use Omnislash whenever he feels like it and such like.
Though I'm always up for more from the titles - I wouldn't mind film adaptations starting elsewhere, however.

Advent Children might be officially classed as shit and nothing more than a fan service. The new story was shit and proved inconsistent, while disappointing fans everywhere. In fairness, this was an original story and there's that risk with every new story - particularly with sequels. Rarely, anywhere else, do sequels to games, films or shows even do half as well.
However, since we already have a very stable story from the original VII game, there's really not a lot they'd have to do, other than add a few more polygons here and there. It could be an amazing achievement - or they could fluff it up their arses and kill whatever faith we have left in the VII compilation.
