It wasn't that bad, but it didn't had a fitting title. Maybe if it weren't called "Final Fantasy", I could give it a better rank.
Now back on topic, knowing that some of the game developers are suffering from "storyline" continuity, even during the same game/film, I wouldn't be so sure to ask for yet, ANOTHER, FFVII movie. Seriously that storyline was already overused.

I would hate to see this happen. There are a number of actors and actresses who tick me off enough to stop me from seeing any film which is cursed with their presence...
*cough*colinferrel*cough*
Yeah...with my luck, FFVII the live action movie would have a shite actor as the leading roll, and I would be too repulsed to invest in the experience...

Even that I've stated my position about a live Final Fantasy film, I must ask: Why VII? Isn't VII already OVERUSED? Seriously, it seems as if they weren't capable of doing another game of similar quality, and insist on resurrecting over and over again, sometimes killing the storyline with their lack of creativeness.

Hell no! I don't want ANY Final Fantasy live-action adaptation.
The CGIs already bring the characters to life as much as possible, and the graphics themselves depict characters that are impossibly perfect.
To see an attempt of that in the flesh would sour any characters for various fans.

Er no. It would completely ruin it. But let's say they do make a live action movie. Would I go see it? Sure, just to see what it's all about and how the actors and actresses do.
Other than that, watching a live action movie of this would be similar to watching a cheesy horror film.

why 7 i dont no i guess the only reason i thought of 7 is because im playing crisis core at the moment but sure i guess a live-action for any ff 7-12 is possible but actually now that i think about it i wouldnt mind a live action on 10 that would the most possible one to do i guess it would probably be a lot like lotr

I think XII would be the only doable one IMO, even thn I think it would be pretty naff but at least the characters would look normal as real people

yes but the story wasnt all that good if you ask me i think 10 would be the most doable because the characters are the most doable with the best storyline also who do you guys think would be the actors and actresses for 7 or 10
