This is more of a if they did a remake how can they improve gameplay. There is a list below so please use that to get an idea about what sort of gameplay changes they should make. I have divided them into subjective and objective changes; subjective changes would be like alterations to the story line, and objective changes would be like changing fire 2 and fire 3 to Fira and Firaga (Doesn't impact the dynamics of the game).

- Some examples of objective changes (more like these please!) -
+Add a menu option to shorten the duration of Summon Animation.
+Allow for Regular Attacks even while the limit meter is full, like Final Fantasy X's overdrive system.
+Add difficulty options (Normal,Insane,Impossible!)
+Smoother transition from field to battle(Speed is key).
+Use the ra/aga format for spells.
+Condense it to 1 disc.
+Add extra options
-Beastiary
-Player vs Player battle arena

+Change the graphics (kind of an abstract statement, althought I may agree or disagree its one thing to fine tune some dialog or speed up actual gameplay, its another to go in and realter an artists visual work.) If you insist on mentioning the graphics besure to offer specifc examples.

How about a remake thread that doesnt mention anything about a blasted remake! That would be different. Seirously, may aswell have a whole sub-forum dedicated to 'remakes' at this rate.
