Locke VS Setzer.
Long Long before the infamous LTD of Aerith/Cloud/Tifa there was an LT in FFVI, between Locke/Celes/Setzer.
if you don't save Locke then at the End you get a touchy Setzer/Celes moment, the default couple of the game being Celes/Locke.
there is basis for both pairings though, and their are some hardcore CelesxSetzer shippings out there...like there are for many Crazy pairings..SquallxSelphie VivixEiko AuronxRikku and cloudxTifa as examples 
the fact is that Setzer is obsessed with Celes. he thinks she's Maria and kidnaps her because he's infatuated with her...and i don't think he cares too much that its not Maria anyway...because they do that whole Marriage thing?
anyway, im rambling. the question is, if you had your way, who would you like Celes to wind up with Locke? or Setzer?
personally i like the Celes/Locke thing, its so beautiful, when Celes trys to commit suicide but then her hopes Restored because of Lockes bandana...*le sigh* one of the best moments in the game it truly was.

I would say Locke is the man. his character is much better than Setzer. plus he is more of a man anyway.

Call me crazy, but I always thought that Locke belonged with Terra. She seems to lean on him somehow.
I choose Celes and Setzer as a couple.

Nahhh Celes and Locke, they both go all over each other. Celes is like: "Yay Locke saved me! He's my hero! <3 <3" Especially towards the of the game. When you get Locke there is a scene between the two at the end. Also at the Opera scene Locke is drooling over Celes. 
I just think Setzer was just flirting Celes. Celes didn't show much interest in him.

i would call you crazy, if i didnt agree.
for some reason i thought they were gonna end up together, he was always comforting her in the beginning and making her feel safe.
but in the end id say that celes and locke win this battle. |

Didn't Locke go on about how Celes reminded him of Rachel?
Setzer also babbled about how Celes reminded him of Daryl.
It seems like neither of them like her for being Celes. XD

XD thats kinda true...and its kinda similar with the Whole Aerith/Cloud/Zack thing...although thats been proven false...
does it ever say in FFVI that anyone loves Celes because of her?
and Setzer thinks shes maria too....Celes is like a fusion of 3 different people
