Favorite Boss: Esper battles (I felt like I earned them afterwards.) Or the final boss (for the challenge and the music.)
Favorite Area: Mobliz after you see Terra/Tina for the first time again after first entering the World of Ruin. Only because they play “Awakening” then, and that’s probably my favorite song from FFVI. Otherwise, the Kefka’s Tower. I loved that you had to strategically choose your party, and I loved how all three were vital and played their part. Made me feel like EVERYONE saved the world
Favorite Place: Flying in the sky ^^
Favorite Method of Transportation: Nothing but airships for meh.
Favourite Cutscene: Locke takes Phoenix to Rachel. Yeah, that one (warmed my heart, made me like both Rachel and Locke and Celes more afterwards.)
Favorite Music: Awakening! Or just Terra’s Theme. Celes’s Theme is also really exceedingly beautiful, the boss battle music makes me giddy, Dancing Mad is one of the better final boss themes, Kefka’s Theme is downright flawless for Kefka, Cyan’s Theme is regal and fitting, my oh my does the list go on (Nobuo is made of win.)

Worst Character: Strago (annoying old man who always took too long to flee >:o)
Worst Male Character: Strago.
Worst Female Character: Unh… Relm? She was cute, though. I really liked all of the females in VI
Worst NPC character: The lame-o guy in front of the Tower of Fanatics who charges you 100,000 Gil for cheap info that means nothing. Intrigued me for nothing D:
Worst Weapon: Healing Rod. Took me forever to realize I was healing my enemies instead of damaging them.
Worst desperation attack: Never got them :(
Worst Esper: One of the ones that no one ever uses/remembers. Like ZoneSeek or Stray.
Worst Magic: Imp. Hate the effect, hate the spell. It should be eradicated completely.
Worst Random Monster: The Lv. # Magic guys in the Tower of Fanatics (I never was a fan of attacking with magic. Silly Tower of Fanatics.)
Worst Boss: Chupon (don’t sneeze me away in your dying moments… how irritating.)
Worst Area: Narshe in the World of Ruin (I hate being attacked in towns.)
Worst Place: Celes’s hut in the WoR. Nothing to do there but fish and watch Gramps die (okay, okay, I know there’s a chance he’ll live, but I always fed him bad fish. I’m tragic like that.)
Worst Method of Transportation: Feet. Why walk when you should be flying?
Worst Cutscene: Watching Locke half-accuse Celes of being a spy (I wanted them to get together pretty badly, and this was such the detour down the road to true love.)
Worst Music: I don’t think anything made my ears bleed, a la “Otherworld” of FFX.

Is there much point in having favorite female & favorite male AND favorite character?? Or is 'character' in case you liked some gender-neutral character? I think 'Cutscene' & 'FMV' should just be replaced w/'Scene'...

Anyways, here's my altered favorites & worsts list...

Favorite Male Party Member: Shadow - Pure ninja badass w/a cool mysterious past that you REALLY have to work at getting to see (which is odd because you do the opposite of working in order to activate it, HA!)
Favorite Female Party Member: Celes - I'm sorry, but Tina's too much of a whiner for over half of the game for me to like her very much...as a character, she's still cool, but personally? I just couldn't really relate...Celes was awesome though. Runic Sword is one of the coolest abilities in the whole franchise...why it's never been reused is BEYOND me...too powerful of a defensive maneuver, I guess...
Favorite NPC character: Kefka - Of course! Leo is a distant second...Just one of the best villains, oh, idk...EVER! lol
Favorite Weapon: Fixed Dice - I love to combine it w/Dice using the Genji Glove & that relic that gives you X-Attack...not as stable damage-wise as some of the x8 hit attacks, but I just LOVE saying, "Here's dice in your eyes!"...Setzer is totally Red Mage.
Favorite Desperation Attack: I never bothered seeing any of them...I saw one and only because I went out of my way to try to get it...Not really worth it, just a nice bonus in case all the circumstances fall into place...
Favorite Magic: Ultima - When someone can't access a x8 attack or Bum Rush (Mash/Sabin or Gogo), Ultima's the way to go damage-wise...
Favorite Esper: Odin - He's the only one w/a Speed modifier, as I recall...
Favorite Boss: Kefka springs to mind...but you gotta love the Ghost Train for all your cheater needs...Phoenix Down! DEAD!?!? Awesome. I don't usually use that method, but I like that it's there if I ever manage to get myself in a pinch against undead-types...
Favorite Area: Cyan/Cayenne's subconsciousness was certainly a trippy area...It was also neat to be able to 'play' the flashback scene w/Tina/Terra's father in the Esper world...& I loved seeing all the stuff w/Billy & Clyde too...
Favorite Place: The Blackjack - Definitely my favorite airship of the series...it's got a friggin casino in it!!! And 'refreshments' that completely heal you! FTW?!?
Favorite Method of Transportation: Magitek Armor - I can only imagine everyone else forgot about these absolutely awesome powerhouses...They look so damn AWESOME in the beginning credits, too!
Favourite Scene: Rachel & Pheonix Scene & Gau's WoR Redemption Scene - This one's a toss-up. The Rachel stuff is definitely the most moving (in the whole SERIES)...the Gau stuff was just like, wow...I thought it really made up for his previously lackluster character...such a tough lil guy! *sniff*
Favorite Music: SO GODDAMN MANY!!! Tina/Terra's Theme, Celes' Theme, Cyan/Cayenne's Theme, Relm's Theme, Shadow's Theme, Kefka Boss Theme...Uematsu's best work.

Worst Male Party Member: Umaro - Damn if Berserkers don't piss me off...and his stupid ice relic thing that makes his attacks even lamer? Yeah...so stupid...instead of hitting one enemy for a lot, let's buffer all the enemies w/a weaker attack! >_> Add on to that no backstory what-so-ever...at least we know Gogo from FFV (well, as an optional boss...but still!)!
Worst Female Party Member: Relm - Hey, there's only 3! I think she was a lil better w/the RPGOne retranslation though...Her third person talking made her more bearable & certainly more unique in a sugary sweet OMG you're gonna give me a cavity sort of way.
Worst NPC character: Probably one of those ones that hides in the forest...idk why, but they just annoyed me, even though one of them sells you a Magicite...
Worst Weapon: Uh...the worst Paint Brush? Yeah, how stupid of a weapon type is that anyways???
Worst desperation attack: Like I said...see: Favorite Desperation Attack.
Worst Esper: Crusader - I just hate that I never actually see it in battle unless by accident if I use a Magicite item & just get it randomly...otherwise, it's like...why would I want to hurt myself too?? At least w/Quake you can counter damage to yourself by using Float...
Worst Magic: Twister? Or w/e that stupid wind magic was that targeted everyone...I hate those spells.
Worst Boss: Tonberries/"Pugs" pissed me off in FFVI as well as many of the other FFs...It just took so MUCH to get rid of the bastards...
Worst Area: The Veldt - I just hated that you didn't gain EXP from the monsters...V_V
Worst Place: Kefka's Follower's Tower - Unless you used Reflect Rings or Moogle's Charm, that place was a bitch...and even if you didn't, the bosses were a bitch all on their own! Or maybe I'd put that island you go to w/Strago in the WoR...damn greedy treasure chest!
Worst Method of Transportation: Figaro Castle - It can only move to two places?!? It should totally gain the ability to move wherever there's sand or something, then it'd be a kind of cool transport...>_>
Worst Scene: I can't think of any, so I'll just say "NONE"
