quick exp gain
i read this idea off game pro magazine, and thought to share it with you guys. once you get to the part with banon helping you on the river, you need to change something. switch banon's heal and attack commands so if you press A automatically (or x or the ps) you will use heal. then head down the river till you hit the first intersection. tape down your select command and let the game run. come back a full day later and your characters will be at extremely high lvls. note that this is not my trick, i got it off a game magazine. Hope this helps!

I just trained in the dinosaur grass patch it looks like a long necked dinosaur. Th dinos are very powerfull and use ultima but everything will go up very fast so thats my spot. They also give you the imp equipment witch is very powerfull for a character in imp status XD

I always got my arse handed to me in that forest and I didn't have Ultima either. I wasnt to bad with the t-rex kinda dinosaurs but it was just taking me forever That bronowhatever with the long neck killed me everytime
I gave up and went to that bit of desert near maranda so I could get the AP instead
I doubt Id bother trying that trick mentioned, I'd probably run out of electric and wind up back at square one anyway

Yeah, the river trick is fairly old'd...The one drawback is that you don't get any of the stat-boosts you would later be able to spam from Espers...and I never felt like I had to overlevel that much in FFVI anyways...
I trained in Dinosaur Forest in WoR too...Economizers are either rare drops or rare steals from the Brontosaurus monsters, I believe...So as long as I had Sabin and someone w/Ultima I was usually set to train for a while there w/anyone else in the other spots.

Loved the dinosaur forest, always trained there.
Just had to learn Quick, have that Master Scroll or something? Have powerful weapons on Sabin, and whack! 8 hits of roughly 2000 per hit.
Enough to handle the long necked one under two turns of Quick, i should believe....
Better still, it might drop a Celestraid too, which ensures all spells cost 1MP, extremely gay when you match it with Soul of Thamasa. Double casting with only 1mp cost....

Ha, I'm so not used to the Advance names of stuff...! V_V I think Locke has better weapons available to use with the "Master Scroll"...although I was always partial to Setzer's Fixed Dice, myself...

i've been fond of the cave to the ancient castle (Wor); about 1000XP on average, and 4 magic points. what's nice though, especially if one uses an emulator, is to hold the fast forwards button and the A button in battle. as long as one's level 35 or higher with a decent weapon, there's no thinking. just stop occasionally and heal!

Yeah, but don't both of the dinosaur monsters cast certain magic attacks? I remember the T-Rex at least casts like Meteor or something? Whatever it was, it was annoying...V_V
